David Ritz is one of Florida’s most experienced public administrators.  In his various roles at the private community, city, and county levels, he has consistently sought to improve the livability of the places he’s worked to continuously improve the quality of life for the citizens living there. 

His strategies have included improving landscape design, humanely reducing stray animal populations, increasing access to the arts, improving drinking water quality, rigorously training municipal or community employees on how best to serve the public, among many others.
