David Ritz is one of Florida’s most experienced public administrators, with nearly 40 years of service as a city and community manager, county planner, and public utility executive and board member.
David is the President of the management and leadership consulting firm, Keys Consulting of America. He has traveled around the country and to Canada training leaders in large corporations about the benefits of being a caring, compassionate coach.
In addition, his experience affords him a deep knowledge and insider’s perspective on the Florida Keys, including its real-estate markets, construction and making its communities among the most livable in the nation and its unique ecology.
Decades of experience in building and leading successful organizations have taught David what works and what doesn’t, and has afforded him the opportunity to become a highly accomplished public speaker and trainer.
